SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. All orders are shipped via UPS and will take 5 business days or less for delivery inside the United States.

*Shipping cost is calculated real time by UPS. Handling cost is included with the shipping cost.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All Boon Sport Muay Thai Gear equipment is manufactured using the highest quality. All items shipped from the Pro Muay Thai Gear warehouse is subjected to Quality Checks before shipping to customer.

All return or exchange items should be returned in original new condition and in the original product packaging. We don't allow returns due to excessive wear and tear on any equipment. Pro Muay Thai Gear will not accept returns on hand wraps and ankle supports or accept returns on apparel if the original hang tag is removed. All returns require a copy of the original purchase invoice that was issued with the initial order. All returns must be made using the same type of shipping methods that you initially received it. We are not responsible for returns which are shipped through a different method. If a product is returned, we don't offer any refund on shipping, unless we shipped you an incorrect product, or wrong color or size. All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original customer shipment date. After 7 days, the item will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customer pays return shipping charges. All exchanges except for Pro Muay Thai Gear shipping errors must include payment for reshipping charges.

You may request a full refund according to the below conditions:

1. Request a refund before the item is shipped from warehouse- You may request a FULL refund before the item is shipped. The refund will be issued within 30 days of payment.

2. Request a refund for duplicated payment- You may request a FULL refund for duplicated payment. The refund will be issued within 30 days of payment.

3. Request a refund after items were shipped from warehouse- You MUST inform us of your request within 7 days as of arrival date. The item(s) MUST be in brand new condition when returned. A refund is issued at product price. Shipping and Handling will NOT be refunded. A refund is issued within 30 days after item(s) return to our office.

Closeouts: No refunds on closeout items. Exchanges subject to availability. Customer pays shipping charges.

It is the responsibility of the buyer and not Pro Muay Thai Gear.com, LLC, to ascertain and obey all local laws applicable to the self defense and/or safety items purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession, and use of any item from our website catalog.

Boon Sport Muay Thai Gear products are manufactured with care and craftmanship to provide some degree of protection. However, Muay thai, Boxing, and other combat sports are contact sports. Participants and users of our equipment must assume full responsibility for all risks of injury. Our products are not warranted to protect and/or prevent the user from injury, whether the injury may be minor/serious/fatal. Manufacturer and distributor are not liable for injuries that occur while using these products.

NOTE: With time and use the materials used in these products will lose some of their effectiveness and will require replacement.
